  • Hearing (and seeing on tv and also in the Internet) news that with 14.10 on 14.11 of this year, thanks to Sberbank, you can free any day residents! and guests of the city! visit this place of grace, I mean the Permanent exposition of the Museum, as on Pushkin and Chekhov. Gathered at Saturday, Oct. 14, with girlfriends and children and came. What are we waiting for? It turns out that free access, within the framework of the action, perhaps ONLY ONE, stress, once a week! And only on Friday!, to 15! HOURS! at the Museum on Pushkin and Saturday only up to 15! hours in the Museum at Chekhov. This is for anybody at all? On working until at least 18 moms-dads? My friends with children were from Taganrog, came specifically in Saturday to visit the Museum, cultivate, so to speak, meet a wonderful, and that's the bottom line? -come in Friday! plus boorish treatment of "watchman". Just visiting the Museum on Chekhov slightly diminished the disgusting impression from visiting the Museum on Pushkin and improves our mood. And with the proviso, p.c. all as always erratic and not thought out. Question to the management of the Museum: 1. Why advertise with given incorrect information? and why there is no refutation of misinformation and nowhere?! 1.1. If a visit is possible only on schedule, why the information is only in the Museum and nowhere else? 2. Why is the site of the Museum, and the Museum about this action no information? It seems that the Museum SPECIFICALLY IGNORES information about this action, and the possibility of FREE ADMISSION to the EXHIBITS! based on the not quite understandable reasons (once this rally organized Beac [God, what mockery, the promotion is called "good deeds" 175!], Moolah Museum were allocated and no losses from free admission to museums do not bear). In General, agreed with the withdrawal of the Cioshy-approach to exhibit and maintenance of standard Soviet visitors, so do not be surprised nevezhlivosti supervisors, approach to servicing of visitors not only impolite, but hamskij and disgusting! (this applies to Museum staff on Pushkin). Wonder why you need such a museum city, which does not privechaet visitors and strongly repels them? On which the budget of our taxes, taxes of ordinary citizens who can't get there, stand out money? Maybe management should consider this question? and so, what staff you take? Totally disappointed with a visit to this establishment and do not advise it. Even a gift. O T IN P A T T E N N O L! PS. Copies of reviews directed at Sberbank and the RUSSIAN Culture Ministry demanding to sort out this issue.

  • Very small (about 10 small halls) Museum in a beautiful mansion overlooking Pushkin Street. Extremely polite and interested staff, including even the guards. A large part of the premises used for the permanent exhibition (including two large canvases, there are lagorio, Polenov, rare graphics Savrasov). In the remaining three rooms hosted temporary exhibitions. Now just come an exhibition of Novocherkassk, not less interesting than the body. Highly recommend.

  • Very limited but impressive collection Museum. You will find paintings, which show the history of this city and of the most important figures who have influenced by Russian artists inspired mainly by Italian talent. The guide was knowledgeable and not at all boring. The price was really low, also as in most Russian museums students of any nationality can enter for free. The 4 stars go only to the permanent collection, as the exhibition on Leonardo da Vinci was nothing short of ridiculous (some printed image here and there)
