The Bath Block, Peterhof
(4.8/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Experience all the opulence of the royal family's everyday life at The Bath Block. Located in the lower park of the complex, the bathhouse was the place where the emperors and the empresses would retreat from their stately duties to enjoy various relaxation treatments. The original wood bathing house of Peter the Great underwent serious remodeling for the Empress Maria Alexandrovna, who enjoyed her therapeutic treatments and walks in the nearby Chinese Garden. Even though the structure was severely damaged during World War II, it's now completely restored to its former glory. See bathing pools, fountains, and saunas worthy of a king. As with many other parts of Peterhof, taking pictures and videos is prohibited and tickets must be purchased separately from the other areas of the palace. The Bath Block is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Peterhof Edition.

  • This museum in Peterhof was the most interesting, in my opinion. It's all over is different from all the rest. Go, you won't regret it. And everywhere we show only the State rooms, and no ordinary life of normal people. You see the kitchen, showers, bathrooms, toilets, etc. Cheap, not very long tour, interesting for adults and children. Nobody will be boring and tedious.

  • The Royal tour of the Royal sites. A bunch of historical information engineering solutions of the time, quite advanced and best for the country and way of life. As always in Peterhof enthused and loving his job guides. In General, I recommend a walk fro children.
