  • Alexandria is one of the unique monuments of Peterhof-farmer's Palace, built in the year 1831. At first it was a one-storey Pavilion with a farm, reminiscent of English rural buildings. Later, at the behest of Nicholas 1 in the Pavilion on the second floor rooms have been established for 13 years of the heir of Alexander. And on the eve of marrying the heir to the East were added to the additional two-story living rooms with a loft. Alexander Nikolayevich family grew, grew, and the Palace. As a result of reorganizations Pavilion has turned into a spacious two-story neo-Gothic-style Palace, which has become a summer family country residence of Tsar Alexander II, 1855 year is currently logged on to the Russian throne. As it known Alexander 2 not aspired to luxury and disliked the noisy activities. Farmer's Palace became a second home for him and a place of solitude and relaxation. Its rooms and blue Cabinet have a strong finish and furnished according to his taste. By the way, the blue Cabinet you will see stucco ceiling, which is fully preserved since the ancient times.

  • Located near one of the entrances to the Park. This is where you should start your walk in Alexandria. Burned in 2006.

  • We were lucky and we got a tour of the Palace. Learned a lot of interesting things about living in a life of the Royal family. On the second floor of the exhibition dedicated to famous cottagers Peterhof. There's also an exhibition dedicated to the goats and goats, it presents all sorts of shapes of these animals
