    Went here with a car with driver, took about 90 minutes one-way. A veteran was guiding us around in quite good English. There is also an audio guide, that we hardly used because of our guide. Very imp...  more »

    In our country there are not so many museums of its kind. And such scale-perhaps only. Considering that the history of suppression, prison history, political terror and repression is a very big part of our history, the Museum is important and you want to visit. There are many attributes of this area (barracks, chillout, lounge Club, SCHIZO, etc.) and simultaneously created a very strong exposure of people and processes, on the face of this gloomy place. The Museum has a very good website, through which you can sign up for a tour. Tour duration is approximately 1:30. Visit very budget (no more than 300 p. bearing in mind the excursions). Very friendly staff-in the day of our visit was raining and we had rubber boots and a raincoat. It must be borne in mind that Cucino is prim. at 120 km. from Perm. The journey time by car (without caps)-1.5-2 hours. In a small kiosk Museum you can buy souvenir booklet, matches, pens, etc. are offered hot tea and coffee.
