  • The second Omsk fortress led five gates: Tarskie, Omsk, Omsk, Irtyshskie. Omsk gate was built in the year 1792. In 1974, they experienced serious restoration. They are famous primarily because through them passed as F.m.dostoevsky katorzhnika to work for the unloading of barges. Because the gate led to the pier, on the shore of the river Irtysh. Here unloaded barges with salt, wool, etc. goods from the gate very close the last remaining buildings from the Omsk fortress

  • The amazing thing: it would seem anything remarkable Omsk gates do not differ from the other three, but around reigned revival: a few people took pictures on the background, in the aisle and just next to it.
