Peering from a manhole in the street, Monument to Stepan, the Plumber honors the contributions of city workers in keeping the urban area up and running. Stop by the monument, located on Lyubinsky Avenue, and you'll find the plumber, arms crossed, gazing out across the cobblestones from the sewer. Note that though his face may appear tired, he has his wrench in front of him, ready for action. Don't forget to give the hardworking fellow a quick hug, as some locals say that this can help you to avoid plumbing issues in your own home.
