  • Unfortunately, not very popular tourist attraction, and quite vain. A large archaeological zone, inspect that better with excursion or thoroughly prepare yourself. Several small museums, take the time to visit interesting expositions and in many respects unique. Excavations are still underway. There are public places, souvenir shop, parking.

  • Very interesting guide necessarily because without a story about life and death of a city bloom becomes a simple walk on Sat. Experienced guides and information interesting for both kids and adults. BTW-17.09 reserve day Tanais. There will be a lot of interesting things. I go on holiday every year and recommend all.

  • Was the second time in these excavations. For the first time examined independently, the second time with a guide-heaven and Earth in perception. Be sure to take the tour, listen to about the history of the prosperity and decay of the city, about the customs of the inhabitants about the features of the architecture of the city. Self-examination you don't impress-numerous remnants of foundations and all ... Although this is not so, but see a lot of other things to help you guide. Cons-very hot, no shadows, and might not get lucky with a guide (a memorized text and weak answers to questions, AET)
