  • You don't have to travel here with a guided tour, as we can simply read the story of this ancient place. Venerable Ferapontu, a disciple of Sergius of Radonezh, was already quite a few years, when he came from Belozersk, from the North, founded in flood plains near the Moscow river, monastery and devoted his Christmas Presvjatoj of the Virgin. Despite many well-known events, the monastery has survived very well, with the year 1994 is contained in the restored order and adornment. Maybe not it pathos and pretentiousness, as in some other sections, but Russian person to visit this place, definitely a need. The refectory for visitors now, can be ordered in advance by telephone.
