Where to stay in Moscow

The capital of Russia and a huge metropolis, Moscow offers a plethora of different types of accommodations. Many renowned hotel chains are represented in the city, and some of its hotels rank among the world's most luxurious and expensive. Those traveling on a more modest budget can choose among the boutique or Soviet-era hotels. There are also numerous hostels and short-term rental apartments throughout the city. When choosing a place to stay, especially if you're only planning for a short visit, always bear in mind the size of Moscow. Staying too far from the center might mean that the precious time you could spend on sightseeing will be wasted in traffic and transport.

  • Explain the title of my review. Although there is no ... It is necessary to begin from the who (what) was Vladimir Vysotsky. It was the freedom of the soul, the heart, the benchmark of fairness, a brilliant poet, singer and actor. He was sincere and simple. "Our". Think this reflects the Museum? No, no and no again. Dry, similar to a mausoleum with red walls. No hint that there are human materials-zhizneljuba. My opinion-would see himself Vladimir Semenovich this museum would be 2 hours laughed. Everything is so bleak, hard. Props though them and enough does not reflect all the power of this shape. I was at his grave after 3 years after his death. Flowers was on the level meter 1.5. This is people's love. Who created this Museum? Who invented so decorate it, that when you exit the Museum does not remain the sensation of touch to the poet-singer-actor Vladimir Vysotsky. Single "song" room-poet. Just to be clear, reading, visiting its worth 700rub and only in some minutes (!), after which sounds the siren on fire type, push that customers must leave the premises. All the answers to the "why" of administrators has been answered "because". The Cabinet itself is small with modest furnishings, though made from natural wood. .. In my opinion, all this "not Vysotsky". That day was the exhibition Exposition Marina Vlady. There sounded in her performance record and this was formalized much warmer and "homely". but still Vysotsky was other than tried to portray us in this museum. I was not alone in his opinion. That day met with a man who personally attended many performances with the participation of Vladimir Vysotsky, as well as in his concerts. And our opinion was with him in the same way. In my soul Vysotsky quite different. "I don't like playpens and arena: mil'on change on the ruble. Let the big changes ahead-I'll never love! "

  • My husband is a big fan of Vladimir visotskiy creativity. Therefore specifically chose the time to visit the Museum. Frankly speaking-Museum caused a twofold sense. The Museum is just 4 halls: two are constantly working, the third cabinet (extra fee), the fourth exhibition (extra payment). Cabinet of just 16 sq.m., an exact copy of a working Cabinet of Vladimir Vysotsky. Two permanent Hall too small, interesting exhibits, their a little bit. Very interesting story about the selection of the staff of the building as a Museum, with the life which had not had a relationship to Vysotsky. In General, interesting, but ... no soul, was not feeling rebellious spirit of romanticism. Everything seemed a little shabby, threadbare, dusty. The entire examination lasted 40 minutes, no longer. Yes, pay for everything in cash only. You cannot photograph.
