  • One of the optional tours on our recent trip to Russia was the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. I am so glad we chose to visit as it holds an incredible trove of Russian art gathered by Pavel Tretyakov in...  more »
  • For some time now, especially after the painful experience of standing in line at an exhibition of Serov, important exhibitions tickets I buy them over the Internet. That's on the show to a 200-ton anniversary Aivazovsky tickets purchased in advance via the Internet, which is very convenient, social benefits and discounts are also saved. Liked that the ticket contains the time visiting the exhibition and time passage in the Gallery, thus, excludes a long standing in the queue. Exhibited work in truth, true masterpieces and magnitude as their author, painter Ivan Aivazovsky. To fully convey the mood and events of those times, collected from different museums and private galleries. There is also an audio guide that allows you to independently, without tours, obtain the necessary information. There were a lot of visitors, but it wouldn't hurt to give attention and consider the works of the artist, some canvases coming back several times, although they are sad, but so fascinating, it's "the ninth wave" and "deluge". Recommend!

  • Several times visited this gallery is always something Grand, in addition to the permanent exhibitions. One of the last-visit of the exhibition, an event memorable. However, the Organization visits leaves much to be desired: crowded queue in the cold and under snowfall during 5:00 is a big defect in the work of the organizers. Online ticket sales have stopped, and touts offering tickets endlessly scurry about the high prices. The gallery itself is wonderful.
