Tomb of Unknown Soldier honors the Soviet soldiers killed in World War II. See the bronze sculpture of a soldier's helmet and the laurel branch on the banner. An eternal flame on the five-pointed star illuminates the inscription: "Your name is unknown, your deed is immortal." Porphyry blocks filled with soils from 40 hero cities line the path on the right, and the obelisk at the end of the path bears the city names. Watch the changing of the guard ceremony, which occurs every hour. You may see newlyweds leaving flowers at the memorial. • This attraction is within Alexander Garden and is guarded day and night by two guards. It is very poignant and somber and you can only get within 30 feet of it.
  • it's memorial place. it's near Kremlin palace. 2 soldiers are there and they don't move. after 1 hour, new soldiers come and change the position
  • In the Alexander garden is the tomb of the unknown soldier. In the history of the Soviet Union probably there will be no family that would not have touched Bob, someone who participated in the battles of the past forces worked in the rear. This tomb as eternal flame in memory of all generations on the inadmissibility of wars and in memory of the price paid for the victory of our people. Memory eternal!
