Hermitage Garden, Moscow
(4.1/5 based on 160+ reviews on the web)
Escape the bustle of the city's busy streets and immerse yourself in the culture scene at Hermitage Garden. Established near the end of the 19th century, the park has a long history as one of the capital's main artistic hubs: the likes of Rachmaninoff, Chaliapin, and Sarah Bernhardt all performed on the open-air stage here. Today, the park often hosts various art exhibits and live performances, and boasts no fewer than three theaters on its grounds. Take time to go for a walk, sit on a bench, or ice skate in winter. Amenities include a play area for kids, a restaurant, and restrooms. Put Hermitage Garden into our Moscow itinerary planner to see other points of interest to visit during your vacation in Moscow.

  • Hermitage garden itself is not a very interesting place. Children can have fun on the playground, of course, or go into paid Cafe/clubs. That's all there is to it! Couple snaps-amid inscriptions Hermitage made of marble/granite and red mark. In fact, it makes sense to go before/after a presentation there. Go separately-not worth it.

  • Here great sit with friends in a restaurant, take a stroll in the garden. There are many events, I would like to point out the traditional "Jazz at the Hermitage Garden", it was magical. Theatre festivals, cinema outdoors, children's events. At the same time and in the Centre of the metropolis and very cozy.

  • Small but charming garden, with a nice playground for toddlers and three theatres. The romantics will love the monument to all lovers.
