Seemingly hidden high-rise adjacent houses Temple, but which he has a significant history. In the 15th century on the site of the future Temple was compound of the Golden Horde, where during the Tatar yoke ambassadors brought wooden boob to worship. but in the 14 century, King John III on this site crashed and resign in Earth/Russia. Temple works, go worship. Even have a website with timetable-bolvanovka.ru its modest Dimensions of the door entrance immediately get into the temple. I'm already confused a bit when entered. People were standing around the edges to make it more of a place to the other. And, here in the territory, built a wooden belfry or minikolokolnja. Very elegant structure. The visit will be remembered for a long time. A good atmosphere here.

On one large intersection, almost in the same place there is to see and feel, by a small temple with ancient history and an interesting interlocutor of the priest, there are a few houses that have preserved its appearance. A great walk, good luck!

Coincidentally, being away on business, turned out to be about this temple. And until I read the text and considered an old photograph of a temple priest, was released. To know that I, I introduced myself as the namesake of the archpriest Ioannovskogo stavropigial'nogo convent at Karpovke in St. Petersburg, and his name is Nikolay Belyaev. In the church he serves 25 years. He invited me to enter inside, that I, zasmushhavshis', said that I'm on a business trip and I have nothing to cover her head. "Come with me, the service is over, I'll show you the Temple". Held me inside, lit the light, showed wonderful icons, who wrote a former ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre, which is now 75 years. Showed an icon with the relics, said that from the ancient temple of the 15-th century there was only the third part, the rest with a Bell Tower demolished in the 50-ies. And he dreams to restore lost part of an ancient temple. Father Nikolay came 25 years ago in the dilapidated and defiled the temple, restored it, and since then has served as many years here trying to return the temple territory around-some production behind kindergarten. The father has blessed me, cross over and wished all earthly goods. Very warm and sokojno after that conversation.

Where to stay in Moscow

The capital of Russia and a huge metropolis, Moscow offers a plethora of different types of accommodations. Many renowned hotel chains are represented in the city, and some of its hotels rank among the world's most luxurious and expensive. Those traveling on a more modest budget can choose among the boutique or Soviet-era hotels. There are also numerous hostels and short-term rental apartments throughout the city. When choosing a place to stay, especially if you're only planning for a short visit, always bear in mind the size of Moscow. Staying too far from the center might mean that the precious time you could spend on sightseeing will be wasted in traffic and transport.
