  • Is somewhere read that if disaster struck, or vice versa, privalilo happiness, then you need to get around in one day seven temples and each put a candle. Undertaking interesting and fascinating. Decided to draw up a route. If you get off on Taganskaya roundabout and go down to Soup m. China town somewhere along the way you can visit not 7, and all 10 temples. So much so that in these difficult and wonder-working icons churches! Route 2-3 km. not tired: on taganka two temples in the afternoon. Nicholas Bolvanovke and the assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in gonchary, then descend from the high-rise on kotelnicheskaya on The street there is the Temple of St. Nicholas and Athos. Follow through the power struggle in the Peter and Paul lane in STS. Peter and Paul near Yauza Gates. I want to emphasize this temple. Further in Podkopaevskom lane-Temple of prelate Nikolai. For Small. Ivanovsky lane walk to 3 's churches, including St. John the Baptist Stavropegial convent. Well, I advise you to complete the pilgrimage Temple of all Saints Church in Kulishki at kitay-Gorod, in addition to the history of the Church here has Kikkskaja icon of the mother of God "Merciful" that it's hard not to pay attention because the oklad has bee. Impressions a lot, not enough words and thanks!

  • At a particular point that lies at the confluence of the Moskva and Yauza, on the hill that practically separates the two rivers, lies this splendid example of religious buildings in Muscovite Baroque, built in about 1700 and altered several times, until 1882. The three-tiered Bell Tower is of 1771 and is definitely more classic. As often happened in this case is built on the ruins of an earlier stone church already documented in 1631. One of the few churches that fortunately was not closed in the Soviet period and for this reason has some valuable icons from other temples destroyed. A short, steep staircase, totally inconspicuous side between the houses and gives access to the Church, which dominates the small landscaped garden with its typical bright red. The Interior is valuable, mystical, with multiple icons and sacred images that lead to the iconostasis, which is a triumph of inlaid and gilded stucco. Really valuable in the collection, well worth a visit.

  • STS. Peter and Paul near Yauza gate was built in the early 18th century. It should not be confused with the Cathedral the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, nearby and a Lutheran. It is evident that the Church was recently renovated, so pleasing to the eye. Is the enclosed area. Recommend, though I can say that numerous churches, visited in one day, although each interesting in their own way, but ultimately merged in memory into a single whole.
