  • I adore art so it was a must to visit as many art galleries as possible, there was an array of the 'Greats' on show which to see in the 'flesh' was a real treat. Also a bargain for just £10-
  • The Pushkin Museum presented artists with world names. Thanks to the construction of the exposition can be traced to a retrospective of the development of styles in art of the time, the differences of the Impressionist techniques of various years and countries. Recommend studying the descriptions accompanying the halls and paintings, or take an audio guide. When you first visit is especially remembered for Van Gogh. In addition to paintings and interesting information about the development of the Museum and forming the collection. If you carefully follow the chronology of the emergence of the paintings in it then you can see the importance of this collection worldwide already in Soviet times. Example-paintings Miro appeared in the Museum as a gift from the artist, when the collection was already known throughout the world.

  • The exposition is placed on 2 floors, all quite compactly, but meaningful. Ticket for 300 USD. gives an opportunity to plunge into the world of Impressionism, realism known masters of the brush 19-20vv. Especially impressive bright works by Monet, Van Gogh, Degas, Gauguin. A separate room is dedicated to the creativity of Wassily Kandinsky (this is still an amateur). In General, you can slowly work around the entire gallery for 1.5 hours, plenty enjoying art.
