  • We have all had the time, weather and road. It was calm, windless, little people. We were able to admire the obustroennost′û and obihožennost′û sites. Tip: take your time, it is necessary to pass on all points of the set. Be sure to climb the observation deck, find the "lucky candy" newlyweds, listen to the bells, catch the Memorial Obelisk lens and enjoy the temple-monument, built Ŝusevym. And external-thoughts on the battle, thousands of soldiers, about heroism, about pain and casualties. .. Thanks to them. And return home filled with silence. I want to say about angels on duty-spasitel′nicah-found in the Café for us hungry the last meatballs. PS. from such warm weather starts to blossom lilac-scent better than spring. The Trip Was A Success!

  • I have to say: Tip a discreet, don't be surprised, I don't understand the "patriotism", we are all residents of one planet, and for me any war is above all the killing of human beings upon each other, grief, death, the terrible suffering of maimed destinies forever. I sincerely believe that our (human) history need to be ashamed, so enormous scale of evil, which we did and do to each other; Although of course, there are many reasons to be proud. I'm not a fan of history, "great victory" in wars do not cause me riotous elation, only tears, and if the war really did was not avoided, this is another reason to be disappointed in humanity. But that was something has already been forgotten. Museum of broad scope, all beautiful, "glamorous", but it still was a battle, a sea of blood, tens of thousands of deaths. Here's this blood built this Paphos to nurture patriotism? It seems to me that this is overkill. But that's just my opinion, I am sure that many here enjoy. We visited family, lucky with the weather, all watched, probably with excursion will be more interesting. Visit this place worth it, definitely. The biggest disappointment of the cafes were closed (Saturday afternoon!), in the new complex in the cafe of the normal meals were only cakes with jam. Such "navoročennoe" the place people go from afar. A very strange approach! Hungry child explained that puree, cutlet and salad with his aunt at the next table is for aunt who works here is food for visitors. (By the way, a surprisingly pleasant courteous waiter girl). So if you are thinking, particularly with children in mind-eating, no normal here carry, because walking long, there are (as it should be, not merely a snack sandwiches) will want to. The desire to visit this place again I have not emerged, but people who are interested in history and so on.-definitely recommend.
