  • For many years, believed that the founder of the city was E.p. Khabarov. It turned out that the prerogative of reason belongs to Captain James V. Dyachenko. A good monument honored pioneer far eastern borders of Russia.

  • Still, St. Petersburg School of sculptors is the best in the country. The proof for this is the monument to the pioneer who has place for settlement of Russian, Kazak Jakov Dyachenko.
