The capital of Kaliningrad Oblast (the Russian Baltic enclave between Poland and Lithuania), the city of Kaliningrad boasts a long history, famous architectural sights, and a well-developed tourist infrastructure.   • As with all my reviews of this area, I would urge potential visitors to learn some Russian or, at least familiarise yourself with the alphabet. If you dont, not only will you struggle to get anything ...  more »
  • I fine exposition of soviet war-time propoganda posters and other objects from the war period. Dark and dank in places but fascinating to wander through the fort. But waht your step! Uneven paths!!  more »
