  • Beautiful monument beside the city's main Plaza, where there used to be a jail. It is unclear, however, why back to the river. You can look at it and with water.

  • In General, the monument did not leave any "special" impressions: neither the high artistic value, I have not noticed, nor interesting composition. Certainly, the monument draws attention because occupies a prominent place on the town's promenade. Perhaps if I visited him in the composition of any tours, accompanied by a competent guide I would give it another assessment.
