  • In Soviet times, the monument was demolished in the year 1920 and at the place the King raised a stone Spire, leaving p'edistal. He looked massively, but when it is dismantled, it turned out that this was a hollow column, made of reinforced concrete. It is popularly nicknamed "Spire impotenta". In 2003, the city restored the sculpture of King, who as intended by the architect spends on Russian East.

  • After a pleasant walk along the river we came this monument. Perhaps most interesting is the history. In the Communist era is the image of Alexander III and the monument was converted into a monument to the founders of Siberia. Later Alexander III again. The monument still has both elements.

  • Finally, the Emperor returned to his allotted place, probably many do not even have a presentation in honor of which the monument was raised. Again, a huge thank you to the people who restored the sculpture of Alexander III.
