  • The Museum is closed for repairs, though no one does not know about it, including members of the local museums. House, birthplace of chapaev, can be viewed only from the outside.

  • Came to Cheboksary and decided to definitely visit Chapaev Museum, so much so that he is a national hero of Chuvashia. I have a history at school was okay, I knew who the Chapaev, the wife is worse, and child (10 years) generally knows nothing, even jokes about Vasily Ivanovich and Petka did not understand. That's decided to visit, I remember, and others again find out! Made a trip without it would be boring and not interesting. Many interesting details about privacy (and the wife was and children) and the military (fought for anarchists)! Many weapons and clothing of the era, and most importantly-the legendary cart! Home and living, where lived Chapayev, nothing new, me in the village to Grandma sent on vacation, same same porch, attic, furnace installation. Yes children probably wonder how you lived without electricity, stripped the appliance with bare feet, without the tablets and Smartphones! Came home immediately reviewed the film "chapaev", probably should have been Vice versa, first look, then go to the Museum and ask questions. Perhaps you want to go and see, and then we forget heroes!

  • The Museum consists of two parts-the historical revolutionary exhibitions in the main building of the Museum and the House of the family Čapaevyh with the re-created interiors. The House is very interesting, am household items at that time. Area is small, but it lived quite a big family (children ~ 8 people). In combination these exhibitions to visit interesting, don't forget about the House:).
