  • Vama, situated on the road that goes from Voronet monastery to the Sucevita, is ideal for a stop and contemplate the wonders which houses: more than 7,000 eggs decorated, from all over the world. The collection is really impressive and should not fail to visit. There is a field very close to where to park the vehicle. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and admission prices are 10 lei per adult, 5 lei per child and 10 lei by rate of photography. Entry includes an audio guide of a half-hour that, fortunately, the Spanish also. However, the visit lasts closer because the collection of eggs is magnificent. Once finished it is possible to acquire eggs painted by the founder and owner of the Museum, Letiţia Orşivschi, with which we also share some decoration workshop.

  • The Museum of painted eggs in Vama is simply a tourist goal must-see when you visit the Bukovina and its monasteries. Letitia will welcome you and will present his collection of eggs and may, upon request, learn also you his art. The presentation is provided in Romanian, English, french and German... enough to satisfy all the tourists who will leave the Museum with the secrets of the symbols of the Bukovina.
