  • We have been walking past here for the past few days, and it really looks splendid. There is a wonderful stained glass window inside that is especially beautiful.  more »
  • Beautiful building from the early 20th century, in an original secessionist style, with gilt and coloured tiles. Unfortunately we got locked and couldn't admire the stained glass Windows. The Palace is located in the Piata Trandafirolor, where we took a leisurely stroll.

  • The building alone is well worth the visit. The facade is very original and colourful. You can also see theatre productions here.  more »

  • Nice concert venue. Architecture is great, and definitely worth a visit, not only for attending a concert. Unfortunately not exploited at full touristic potential.
  • This culture house in Targu Mures city is a stunning secession styled building, which was built in 1913 by Komor Marcell and Jakab Dezső architects . The famous painter was Körösfői Kriesch Aladár who did an extremely wonderful work as you can see on my pictures. Unfortunately is not allowed to make pictures in the mirror room( only if you pay a fee ),but in the rest of the places you can make pictures. In the ticket price you got guiding too,I know in Hungarian and Romanian languages, I am not sure if they have English guiding ( probably on request ),so you probably has to call them before or write an email, because it worth it. I surely recommend this place.
  • While I was in Targu Mures I had to spend a few hours before my bus home arrived, so I have decided to visit the Palace of Culture. Arriving at around 3:55 p.m. I was surprised to see that the visiting hours were only until 4 p.m. which is a real bummer. However, i was let in after paying for the ticket but didn't receive a receipt, which leads me to believe that the money went to the vendor instead of the actual business. The palace itself is beautiful. A lot of stairs to climb but it is totally worth it. There's a lot to see and learn and if you manage to get there around morning time, you won't be let down by what it has to offer.
  • Good for go for music, theatre, and to see our history. Not good for disability people.
  • Targu Mures flagship building. One of a kind in Romania. I recommend every tourist to visit it.
