  • Very nice place to vizit in a hot day. A lot of shadow, a restaurant, and the most important think, very close to the Green Forest.
  • With this excursion leads into a world past, rich in original content that show could be the rural life in the past. Very interesting, nice and well organized. Each House is renovated perfectly and accompanied by explanations in Romanian and English about the type of home, ethnicity who lived in that kind of House, in which years was built etc. (some explanatory signs should be replaced because really worn out and nearly unreadable ... but in reality they are not many in this condition). The Interior is furnished with restored original furniture. the visit can be quite long (even half a day or more), of course depends on the time devoted to reading the explanatory signs, still beautiful even the simple walk in the Park in which they are inserted. Really worth seeing it though the location extremely penalizes him a little device. I suggest a taxi took downtown on the outward journey return, whereas then walk a bit before he could find one.

  • Most of the houses were closed, the ones opened for visit all looked pretty much the same. We couldn't figure out a guiding thread in the whole 'museum'. The only good thing was the low entrance fee. ...  more »

  • Surprising. Very peaceful. Great for a nice afternoon walk. The old houses are great. It's a pity it is neighbouring the Continental factory.
  • I guess it's OK. I dislike the restaurant near the entice, the smell is not so grate. Other than this it's a grate place to run from the city. Here aware of the mosquitoes.
  • Great place for hangout with friends or with your family. There are some cool spots for photographers to take some portraits, or even nature photography, because the houses are merging perfectly with the landscape. The Museum is situated near a forest.
  • Muzeul satului
  • Excellent relaxing places. You can view a lot of rural housing from all Romania areas. Nearly you can find a restaurant.
