Bridge of Lies represents the oldest forged-iron bridge in Romania, decorated with rosettes plus floral and geometric motifs. It bears the city's coat of arms on its southern side. Friedrich-Hütte built the bridge in 1859, probably for the circulation of carts. The peculiar name of the bridge--which is the result of the mispronunciation of a German word "Liegenbrücke," meaning "the bridge down"--has inspired several local legends. One story goes that the bridge repeats all the lies uttered by the people crossing it, thus bringing the liars down to earth. • On the border between the upper and lower center. I walked over it and below. Some couples use it to lock their love, according to the last trend. The bridge itself is rather short and naked.
  • Nothing special but essential for lovers. Plan a padlock for the Lil side symbolism.
