  • This church whose name is Roman Catholic Church Holy Trinity is dedicated to the Catholic religion which the first thing you should do when you enter inside is not to make comparisons with the Orthodox cathedrals that you'll be visiting during your stay in Romania since the decor is much more sober. This church is listed since 2004 as a historical monument of the city of Sibiu. The construction of the Church began in the year 1.726 and was consecrated in the year 1,733 later was added the Bell Tower. The Church is of Baroque style. Its exterior is simple and very beautiful inside with a beautiful decoration, to wander through it you feel imbued with the feeling of peace and recollection that she exudes. It has bright stained-glass windows but during my visit they told me they were added after the original windows was colorless, as well as the walls that only they were painted white, in its early days in the interior of the Church only had a fresco of the Virgin Mary located behind the main altar. They also told me that in the Church successive reforms were carried out during the 1970s that gave the current appearance.

  • The old Roman-Catholic church was located up to 1545 in the Saint Mary Cathedral in the Huet Square. From the reformation of the church in Transylvania, the actual building is home of the Roman-Catholic cathedral. The main attraction of the church are the concerts held every week, as well as the baroque interior design (unlike the gothic design of the Evanghelic cathedral).
  • Excellent baroque Church. It dominates the Large Square.
  • The church is located near the big square, it offers a good overview of the area.
  • Been inside several times, it is gorgeous. Very interesting history and artwork. Opened daily.
  • Beautiful
