  • Let me start by saying that I was so excited to see the Egyptian room. I found only a Mummy and a sarcophagus, and a room with instruments. That being said the ticket was 2 her, that I had obviously no problem paying. Anyway my boyfriend who speaks Romanian asks the Lady a ticket for disabled (that is, for me) and one for students for him, although he can still get free entry with me as a guide, showing her my certificate. The Lady begins to laugh in his face saying "and who would be the invalid?" My boyfriend is upset and tells her that it is obviously a sensible choice, that if he wants the 4 you can also catch. The Lady following us all the way (5 min, assuming that the day before we went 15 minutes before closing and were discouraged from entering because there aren't enough. So we also suspect that in fact we have only showed a Hall), while still squadrarmi to understand my handicap, and comes out with a "you are nothing but a handicap, it's all lies". Sincerely a personnel complaint.

  • Very beautiful entertaining open air museum with old houses and buildings from all over Romania. From October, Tsar many houses are closed, yet worth the visit because of the beautiful park. Also worth seeing are the exhibitions in the main building, which provide information on the characteristics and customs of the country.

  • Lovely park located in a forest close to Sibiu . Very interesting museum similar with village museum in Bucharest . Perfect for a summer hot day.

  • We had a good time there but everything was entrance forbidden so you can't really see the interior of the houses, which is a pitty. Also, there weren't any explanations about anything, nor how the houses or mills were built or used. Really recommendable but it could be better.
  • Very nice museum. Great concept, nice location. Very well organized.
  • Really good place to get a view on Romanias history. Lots of historical houses and water driven old machinery. Definitively worth a visit!
  • Nice pics, awesome old houses and good food!
  • Great place where you can see the houses of former Romania all its edges. The park is almost 1,000 acres and takes several hours until the roundabout.
