  • One of the most beautiful and insightful open-air museums you can visit in Romania and, probably, in Eastern Europe. The fresh air, mixed with the rich cultural heritage of Transylvania makes visiting it an inspired choice. It is, indeed, a must-see attraction, and it would take you around a day to relish.
  • The museum is extraordinary. It captures the life of the traditional Romanian villages. The downside is that some houses lack informational notes.
  • Missing this museum when visiting Sibiu would be a crime. The reconstruction of many typical buildings from all over Romania is impressive, magnificent, instructive and very original.
  • Lovely place with all the village houses, farms and traditions gathered from different places and regions of Romania. It is really one of the biggest open air museums of that type.
  • Really great place to visit and relax. You will see a lot of old houses and experience a travel back in time. And the ticket is only 17 lei!
