  • A relatively small place. Not really a museum, just the few remaining ruins of a castle. Not bad, but there much better things to see in Bucharest.
  • This is a site with lots of history. Unfortunately its doors were closed at this time as well that what is in the photo is all that can be seen. No doubt this character generates much expectation by the link that is made with the Dracula character. As important data suggest do not buy in the souvenir shop is facing bust of Vlad as their prices are inflated a three times normal in some products.

  • Could have used a bit more information and could definitely be made a little more interesting for tourists. Still worth a see though if you're into Vlad.
  • Merita vizitat
  • This is Vlad's actual castle. Shame it's in ruins. Worth a stop by, but don't expect to be impressed. The subfloor brick arch section was a cool respite from the summer sun and made for some cool pictures. Not many visitors so great place for undisturbed photos. Worth the 18 RON for entrance and photographic tax. If the management of this place wanted to bring in more tourists, they just need to decorate in period motif and have period clothes available for photos. Play up the whole dracula bit. Or leave it as is, a quiet just-off the beaten path place.
  • Nice medieval remains right in the center of Bucharest, a real attraction for history lovers.
  • Nice!
