  • Overall the place is kind of forgotten and lacks maintenance. Personally I was not impressed, but if you are a music lover who knows what will happen. I recommend it if is raining or you really can't ...  more »

  • The museum is an architectural work of art. They even built the blocks of flats near it in a similar style not to ruin the view. Inside you will find a part of the story of Romania's most important artists. Don't expect an interactive exibition. Be sure to check the memorial 🏠 just behind the museum, hidden from regular view.
  • Impressive art noveau style building which illustrates the life and opera of the great musician George Enescu. Not so well maintained inside yet the interior decorations impresses through sculptural ornamentation and mural paintings.
  • Pity that on that impressive building you visit just 3 small rooms.
  • It used to be a palace, then George Enescu got married to a duchess and that was they're home. Not its a museum in honor of the great composer who lived there.
  • I highly recommend to attend live performances.
