Set within the city's historically Jewish neighborhood, remembers Macedonia's Jews who fell victim to the horrors of Nazi Germany's campaign of extermination. Visit the museum, opened in 2011, and learn about the country's vibrant prewar Jewish population of over 7,000. Wander the different exhibitions, which focus on audio-visual presentation and textual commemoration of individual stories, and reflect on the photographs of the victims arranged in a garden-like fashion. Entry to the museum is free of charge and exhibits are presented in both Macedonian and English.
