The location affords great views of the ocean and neighboring fort from the front door. Note that you'll need to climb quite a few stairs to the entrance and there is no disabled access.   • The building looks pretty from the outside but it was barricaded off and you couldn't get in for the several days I tried. I don't know why they don't open it to the public.
  • its a nice building. i didnt went inside (if this is even possible). across the street is a platform with a statue an a beautiful view! ist worth a stop.
  • A beautiful building from the streets.. I've never been inside however.
  • Legislators and senators decide with closed doors the laws that are going to apply to the entire island in times of crisis. They put the police at the entrance. It's a place beautiful built in white marmol, but some sketchy things are happening there right now.
  • Beautiful historic building. House of the legislative branch of Puerto Rico. Limited parking and no eating area around.
