  • It is the most attractive area of the city, in this place you will find plenty of people spending the day at the Esplanade, walking or taking pictures, as it is the tourist area and where you can make the best photographs. You have the views of the strengths and the famous cemetery. The best time to visit is sunset, does so hot... by morning becomes a little unbearable since there is no shade on across the Esplanade and high temperatures and humidity do not help. Important! take always the protector solar, Cap and drinking much water.

  • My visit to the San Juan National Historic Site was a step toward a goal to visit all 415 National Park Service sites. Highly recommend a visit to San Juan.
  • Our Segway tour operator explained how the two Forts shared protection of San Juan. El Morro for the harbor and Castillo San Cristobal for the land. The views are excellent.
