  • servers MIA for most of the night. In my experience, when playing in a casino drinks are complementary as long as you're playing...apparently not here
  • It's a nice Casino, very welcome. Friendly people working there. And a good mix of machines. Good tables there too.
  • The casino is located just inside "The La Concha Renaissance Resort". It was fun to go inside to kill a little time with all the different tables and slot machines to play. The table games didn't go u...  read more »
  • My experience in La Concha with my familia was great. To be specific two employees have made us feel so welcomed their names are Felix Perez and Randy Suarez . We can walk 10 times a day in and out and every single time they would greet us welcoming us and telling us have a good evening. They went as far as to help me find a beauty salon and a wedding cake for my daughters wedding the very same day they are 5 star and deserve everything good.. the areas in the hotel were clean and everyone was helpful, There was just 2 things that wern"t so good the timing for a house keeper to come clean our room and the most important was getting on the elevator on either tower. Our family had 6 rooms and were in both towers and in one building it only has 2 and I was told these elevator has been down for quite sometime and in the other there was one down as well wich makes it hard if you forget something in your room expect to wait a while I figure a great hotel like this should have emergency 24 hr repair other than that our stay was fabulous with our ocean view every morning !!!!
  • Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice. Beautiful beach in front. A bit too noisy though for families with children, even with closing the second door in the suite. Expensive parking. Best for couples without kids
  • Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful beach right in front of the resort. The parking is expensive at $15 per car for self park per day and $25 for valet. The room was nice and had a very large shower. The housekeeping left towel animals in the room everyday. There are several very good restaurants in the hotel as well as on Ashford avenue by the resort. The only problem we has was the birds outside the window in the cabaña woke us up constantly.
  • Where to begin... Myself and about 8 friends planned a trip to PR and stayed at this hotel. For starters, one of us reserved all the rooms on one card and was the sole client; leading up to the date for our flight, he received emails, on several occasions, that all of our resevations were cancelled and refunded, and required him to call the hotel several times to straighten it out. Upon arrival we were told that for each room, they have to charge $300 to a card as a security deposit thatll be refunded and charged for room service, their website does not state this. Once we checked in, the front desk supervisor told all of us the ground rules ; room service, activites, restaurants etc.. One thing in particular, we were told there is a free breakfast every morning. Unfortunately, its not room service, its not the buffet, or any of the restaurants. They pretty much lied to us and we ordered breakfast everyday to find out its not free. We were however, given a $25 a day, room service credit. But, The room service has an 18% fee plus $3 delivery. So there goes your $25. Plus the food is small portions and very expensive. Next, on the very first day, someone in my party was robbed at the pools of his wallet and cell phone, the hotel does not have cameras so managnent was useless for help. At night, managers and guards patrol the hotel and question people to check if they are really customers or locals sneaking in to the hotel. They're assholes and have no respect for their customers, you can tell from how they speak and their demeanor. The elevators stop working easily, the bar is expensive, and the employees on the beach will tell u there is a charge for an umbrella and chairs but in reality its free u just need to ask. During my stay there was a blackout miles long, at the hotel the lobby, casino, and elevators all worked, but there is no electricity in the rooms at all, including no AC. Throughout the trip we experienced a broken sink, no AC , a broken tv, and even a broken safe. The maintance crew takes forever just to show up to your room, wasting half a day of our trip. The showers were designed by idiots, its a non moving half glass wall and the water leaks out so u need to put down a towel. Also u can see thru the bathroom doors and get a look at someones ass. This hotel and management has no regard for their customers, and even go as far as to disrespect them.
  • A pretty good resort that isn't too far from the airport. It is right on the beach in the middle of the tourist area. The language barrier in San Juan was rarely a problem so do yourself a favor and venture out. I found items were much cheaper out on the community.
