  • The casino was in the Ritz Carlton so it's very nicely appointed and beautiful. It's a miniature sized version of a Vegas type casino with a few tables and lots of slots.
  • Nothing special about the casino, Nothing to draw me in or make it worth my time. My husband played the tables and I played the machines for an hour and left
  • These employees are the worst I ever experience. They even cheat on us and our drinks orders... very very bad experience. I cannot recommend it
Google
  • Great place very relaxing do not come on a budget or you will not get to enjoy The Full Experience. The experience this place offers is amazing great staff and amenities. All other things in between. Also within walking distance to a lot of other places
  • Hotel was fine..but DO NOT take the taxi's that are at the hotel. Complete RIPOFF!!! The taxi's overcharge and quote a different price each ride. The driver told us thirty dollars and when the ride ended he stated $35.00 and claimed he never said $30.00. The hotel will tell you they do not have Uber. The hotel is not telling you the truth so you can use there over priced taxi service. Uber is in Puerto Rico, but you have to meet the Uber off of there premises. The Uber is SOOOO much cheaper than the hotel taxi. The Uber was cheaper to the airport than the taxi. DO NOT TAKE TAXI's from the Ritz-Carlton San Juan.
  • We only visited the Casino. We did not stay at this hotel. The staff at the casino were amazing! Very friendly and social and interactive. It took some time for the waiter/waitresses to come around to offer drinks one night but the Craps table staff would send for one so that helped a lot! Was a fantastic and fun time!
  • My husband, my daughter and I spent two weeks in August 2016 and we have only great things to say about the service. Disregarding the training the employees may have, they are nice and helpful beyond their duties. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities are old, which is the only not so positive thing, but well maintained. Even the hair dryer is the kind you want to have. We want to especially thank Noelia, Maria, Elinor and Esteban from the bar for making us feel at home and for the snack they gave us for our trip back. The cleaning lady was incredibly patient, we usually left the room very late. The lady who came in the evening provided us with everything we needed, even chocolates and a great smile. Unfortunately we donĀ“t remember their names, shame on us.
  • Planned a nice 5 day family vacation at the Ritz Carlton San Juan. Booked our trip through American Express and looked at hotel site to check out all the amenities. I called prior to our booking and spoke with Ritz Carlton hotel directly. Had questions as far as pool/beach/restaurants/ etc. We wanted to make sure pools were kid friendly, as our daughter has a slight fear of the ocean. All I got for an answer was yes. It would have been reasonable and respectable of them at that time to inform me pool would be closed during a portion of our stay. Day 3/5 no more pool!!! Upon arrival however, they even offered to "upgrade" our room at an additional fee of $100 per night. Told us it would offer better views with "fantastic pool view and ocean." Still failed to mention we would be watching construction rather than this supposed nice pool view. Obviously, we wouldn't have chosen not to upgrade had we known we'd be watching construction. Hotel didn't seem to have care or concern when they put a huge damper on our family vacation which we worked hard to plan and pay for. I will be sure all of my family and friends will all hear about the awful experience we had at the Ritz Carlton San Juan. We will never refer anyone there due to the lack of communication to there consumers who pay a lot to enjoy a family vacation. #unhappycustomer #badcustomerservice #SAYNOTORITZCARLTON
