Secret Beach, Isla de Vieques
Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
As it's name suggests, you'll rest in seclusion at Secret Beach, a tropical spot for those looking for a more quiet and private alternative. White sand gently curves around the cove, which sits inside Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. The beachfront is lined with palm trees surrounded by thick, wild plant life. Snorkel among the marine life and watch for manta rays here. There are no paved roads to this beach, and be aware that you have to climb down rough landscape to reach the beach; it may not be easy for the elderly.
