(220+ reviews on the web)
Pier / Boardwalk
From the end of Mosquito Pier look back to stunning views of Viques and the Puerto Rican mainland. Built in 1941, the pier stretches out a mile off the coast, with deep tan, golden sand beaches and vibrant blue waters flanking each side. Snorkel with sea turtles, who often appear in the waters underneath and around the pier. Take a relaxing turn along the pier, then pop your scuba gear on and enjoy the excellent snorkelling conditions. • We visited Mosquito Pier several times and snorkeled it on the last day of our trip - fantastic snorkeling! We watched beautiful sunsets there as well and truly enjoyed the views!  more »
  • PGA. bad weather, this was the only possible dives on Vieques. On the other hand, it was a super experience with Arno from Isla Nena Scuba. So tortoise, lots of lobsters and large shoals of fish.
