I came here after the rental agency had pointed it out on the drive into Isabel Segunda. The French toast was divine with a lovely fruit compote and maple syrup. I enjoyed chatting to the waitress Chr... read more »

Great spot for breakfast during our visit to Vieques. Kids shared pancakes, which were more than enough for them with enough for the adults to try some as well. Authentic maple syrup, which is a rare ... read more »
Checked this place out on vacation, and ended up going back twice for the coffee alone. It is more expensive than other places in Vieques and definitely caters to ex-pats and tourists, so it's not the most "authentic" restaurant to be sure, but the iced coffee was strong and tasty in a way that it is not at more local PR restaurants (in my admittedly limited experience). We also tried the breakfast burrito, which was enormous and tasty, and the omelet with homemade sausage and a variety of great hot sauces. All of the ex-pats sitting around the bar were very friendly (and a little strange, but I guess that's just ex-pats for you). The lox plate looked fantastic and was heaping full of tasty smoked salmon, so I would definitely try that if we ever make it back!
Had a house burger with house formed beef patty ^and^ grilled pork cutlet all ingredients were top quality... other lunch items also great including pastrami sandwich and cold brewed iced coffee. Cocktails are made without using prefab mixes -- I had a Piña Colada made with fresh piña and coconut cream and Don Q rum.
This was one of the only places open that afternoon we got off the ferry. The lady behide the counter was very friendly (part owner). We had a casear wrap and roast beef sub (the Dijon is hot).
Very good selection of meats and cheeses, also small selection of good quality produce, bread, and granola. Pricey but worth it on the small island. Highly recommend
Best cold brew coffee on the island.
