Gain a new perspective of the forest on top of Yokahu Observation Tower, a cylindrical viewing tower located in El Yunque National Forest. Climb the 100 steps to the viewing platform at the top of the building to get sweeping views of the trees and hills of the impressive natural surroundings. Constructed in 1963, the tower has a twin elsewhere in the forest, though at a higher elevation and deeper into the park, the second is harder to access and frequently obscured by clouds. Choose to start, finish, or center your holiday on a trip to Yokahu Observation Tower by using our El Yunque National Forest family vacation planner.
