La Coca Falls, El Yunque National Forest
(3.7/5 based on 320+ reviews on the web)
Observe a 26 m (85 ft) falls flanked by rainforest on both sides when you visit La Coca Falls. Easily accessible once you enter the El Yunque National Park, the water cascades down the rocks and crashes onto the boulders at the base. Head here early to get clear pictures of the falls and the surrounding rainforest with fewer tourists. Resist the urge to climb the rocks, even for better pictures, as they are very slippery. Plan your visit to La Coca Falls and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our El Yunque National Forest trip builder.

  • Easy to find (right on the main road), no hiking required. A great photo opportunity. No bathrooms at this location but next one has some.
  • Coca is one of the many beautiful waterfalls that are on the anvil, the waters are crystal clear and refreshing.
