Categories: Outdoor Activities
Inspirock Rating:
4.2/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web
Reaching 1,080 m (3,543 ft), El Yunque Peak stands as the second-tallest peak in Puerto Rico. The mountain has a variety of clearly marked hiking trails that range in difficulty from easy to more demanding. Bring waterproof shoes and raincoats to keep you covered in frequent showers. You may also want to have a bathing suit and towel on hand, in case you decide to swim in one of the designated waterfalls and ponds of this exotic paradise. The peak is nearly always covered in mist, which may block the usually mesmerizing view. • The only thing worth going to Puerto Rico! Gorgeous day surrounded by nature trails to choose from to your liking, but with obligatory stop to the falls! You will find yourself immersed in the forest for a journey of about 40 minutes at the end of which you will be able to enjoy the pleasure of diving directly at the foot of the waterfall! This place is definitely an experience not to be missed!
