  • We had a great tour! Our tour guide was very informative and entertaining. Make sure you make reservations though, as most tours were fully booked while we were there.
  • Overpriced food and drinks. Slow and ignorant service. Wrong order. Not recommended.
  • The service is extremely slow. It took the waiter 20 mins to bring us bread, and then another 20 to take our drink and food order. The food took two hours to come to us, and it was terrible. My family ordered steak, and requested it well done, however the steak was undercooked and was not able to cut it. They give you butter knives to cut your food. Definitely do not recommend going here.
  • Nice location and amazing building but the service provided by the staff is shocking poor. The provided us with the wrong tour times twice and even failed to correctly book us onto a tour which idiot even exist. We wasted a lot of time here. Just go to graham's or crofts instead far far better.
  • Nice terrace that is covered. Portions are small and you can't get a beer.
