  • €4 for a tour of the winery and a tasting of three different ports - sounds too good to be true, but it's not! Incredibly good value for a visit to just one of Porto's many port wine establishments. T...  more »
  • We visited 3 Port houses while in Porto. This one was my favorite because the tour guide seemed a little bit more knowledgeable about Port vs. the other two. The cellars, casks and storage rooms start...  more »
  • After a great lunch at the port we decided to walk to one of the famous caves of the Douro. Select the Offley by name. The visit has several prices and final desgostáveis. I opted for 4 € having 3 evidence at the end. The same was guided with emblematic sites and explanation of the fifth, and the production stage before he left for sale. Super excited and enriched culture on one of the profitable business of our country. In addition to being something that we should be proud of our culture and gastronomy, the Douro comes to receive his guests by caves and make enriched zone of supply. At the end we came out so nice and affordable with a purchase of something you want to take it to the Mainland, is a day later give the prove and know the process of selection of the same form.

  • Aside from the front desk person who takes the cash for the tour to be extremely nonchalant, completely unhelpful and therefore devoid of any customer service, the tour of the cellars was very informative and the tasting variety was good depending on which package you purchased. We tasted three ports - I personally really enjoyed the Forrester Reserve. In hindsight I would go for tasting five ports if that includes a vintage but as I said the front desk area and person was not informative about what exactly you get so... Who knows! Note that some of their ports are not sold outside of Porto or has limited export deals so... Try / buy them if you can.
  • What a great tour to understand how the wine is created. We had also a wine taste in the end. Fantastic.
  • The tour with wine tasting was great. Only 4 euro for the tour with 3 tastes of Porto wine :)
  • No tastings without a tour, although they have enough staff members but they only serve people who joined the tour. Weird if you ask me.
  • I had a pleasant small tour and tastings of their fine ports.
