  • Very interesting, I don't think it's suitable for young children, because it is an explanatory tour and inside the Caves, so that children do not have a lot of patience! The tour through the Caves lasts about 30 minutes and explanatory, including you when purchasing the ticket chooses the time and language of the explanation, I loved it, I found it very interesting explanations of the Douro region and the characteristics of the port, at the end of the tour we enjoy a tasting of some wines from Caves, super nominate, I don't particularly know nothing about wines , is still, I loved the change and learn a little more about the delicious wines of the region.

  • Visited with a group of motorcyclists. Well presented tour. Not too long and boring. The tasting was ok . The scenery in the area is superb. Not an easy way out for motorcycles
  • Very good tour that plays on the brilliant marketing of Sandemans Don, Very good value tour with 2 ports to try at the end. We were lucky as some on the tour didn't try the port so we had more than no...  more »

  • Decent view, excellent wine. Tried my first tawny 30 here, aww. Very central location, fast and professional service. Ok cocktails, but turns out I'm not really a fan of mixing good port wine with sugary fluids.
  • After standing in line for about 25 minutes, the desk employee said the last tour was just fully booked. Ot was quite an annoying experience but I don't think there was a lot tondo about it. Sandeman is definitely the most famous house on the strip, there is a free small museum inside. The building is quite impressive.
  • I would avoid this for the tour as it attracts the big tour groups from coaches that park themselves annoyingly on the main strip south of the River Douro. Other than that the art gallery bit is free to visit and tasting a couple of ports in their outdoor area is really not a bad way to enjoy the port, people watch and reminisce about our time in Porto.
  • Amazing and tachfull of Port colture. Its a must
  • All Porto cellars are amazing I particulary like the Sandeman brand. Its great to know more about it during the guided visit.
