Troia Beach, Troia

(4.4/5 based on 400+ reviews on the web)
The word "paradise" comes to mind at Troia Beach, where a stretch of soft white sand meets the calm blue Atlantic. The area has been well developed for tourists, including a resort near the beach, yet the beach itself remains largely unchanged, with its sands extending out seemingly endlessly. Amenities include nearly every water sport imaginable, plus golf and tennis. To reach this gorgeous beach, take a ferry from Setubal. It can sometimes get crowded on the weekends, so just walk down the coast if peace and quiet is what you're after. To visit Troia Beach on your trip to Troia, use our Troia trip builder.

  • It is a beach at the bottom of a natural park, with few people and very clean. However, when recommend me it I thought that it would be less exploited but not, it is located in a resort that doesn't seem to have too much antiquity. It is wide, sand clean and water transparent but very cold. If you have a free day and holiday in Lisbon, not does it take more than 1 hour. Either to go or to return you can use Setubal Ferry, which for about 20 euros you can go in 25 minutes (2 persons + car).
