  • I was now in the "Museo do ar" near Sintra. I've already gone to several museums of aviation as for example in Munich or Uk, Sintra, next to a military Academy, is relatively small but aircraft that have are very good for me to see. (Esta claro que tiene que gustar_te la aviación para apreciar_lo:-)! I go with my kids this weekend as freak out these museums to my future pilots :-) I see it highly recommended for lovers of aviation. The employees very polite and friendly, the opposite than in the "Deutsche Museum in Munich" Enfin.., I think that it is worth going. Thank you

  • I visited the Museum as an alternative to visit to make with my 2 year old son. He was simply amazed and I as a lover of aviation, also. A place that did not expect to find in Portugal, in very good condition and with a very interesting sample. Maybe you could have more interaction, but it has a very affordable for a fantastic collection and 100% recommended whenever you like by aviation

  • A very good Museum. Well maintained with many interesting aircraft and exposed in a very pleasant, with space to circulate between them. Reflects the Portuguese aviation history both as a civilian military!

  • Excellent! Very impressed. I am from Canada and have just recently visited several similar museums in the United States and this one compares very well. The aircraft are nicely restored (and not over restored), well displayed and look like they have just come in from the flight line. I have been to a lot of similar museums and this rates among the best. Also, the lighting is excellent for taking photos and the aircraft are not crammed together as you often find. I would strongly recommend this to anyone interested in aviation. eb ps. I agree with the previous poster that the gift shop was the only disappointment. It could carry a better selection of items such as T-shirts, caps and other souvenir items that would both advertise the museum and also make some money. A good percentage of visitors are looking to buy some sort of memento of their visit and the museum is missing a chance to make some money.
  • Great museum with many old planes used by fap
  • Excelent but a bit far away from Lisbon. You need a car even from Sintra to reach there, not too big but with some good samples from the beginning of Portuguese aviation to 30 or forty years ago. The only things against is the lack of a coffee and a decent shop, the shop is ridiculous!!!
  • Sem duvida uma optima opção para se visitar, ainda mais quando acompanhado por ciranças...
  • Tranquilo e interessante para uma tarde sem stress
