  • little more. The view is dazzling but the info on the site is virtually non-existent. The main building has a chapel (closed) and the remainder didn't understand what it was. Has the exterior walls coated with cement and aluminum Windows. Ugly to a location on the routes of Sintra/Cascais. There's more below an older church. After all deserve a visit.

  • Although access by car wasn't exactly well arranged worth following path and see the vastness of landscape that one can achieve from this place.

  • By a very narrow road is reachable in 15 minutes approximately this sanctuary in a high. Surely the shrine has its historical value, but it is closed and abandoned bunker-like. The interesting thing about the place are the magnificent views of the coast from cabo Carvoeiro to cabo Espichel, the mouth of the Tagus with the 25 de abril bridge and the Sintra Cascais Natural Park. The car is left in a parking area and climb a way walk including some stairs that lead to the top of the shrine. And there is practically no one!
