  • definitely worth a trip from Sesimbra, impressive old castle, walls and church. Amazing views down the bay, and 360 degrees.  more »
  • This is an old castle, most structures are ruined, but anyway it worths, walls and part of the structure of the old city.  more »
  • Well worth the steep walk uphill to get to the castle.Going up the road isn't too bad but steep.Once you get to the stepped footpath it is hard work for about 15-20 minutes but persevere and you will ...  more »

  • Small but a lovely spot. Nice little walk from the bottom car park but could also drive up and use the top car park.
  • Was pouring down rain when went there but still loved it very much
  • Free to get in and has great views. The pedestrian entrance was already closed when we tried to leave about half an hour before closing time, so arrive in plenty of time of you're using that entrance in the evening.
