  • Despite being well maintained and very beautiful it is a pity that is allowed with regard to tourism. Arab construction, with rocks that brought the old and long abandoned Roman city called Miróbriga, the Highest Peak. Allows a broad view of the sea and land. Integrated in one of the walls is the Church that, with the restoration after the earthquake of 1755, had the altar facing the exterior when before was what is now the main entrance. This space is now in place, the bas-relief picture of Santiago Matamouros, which, as the story goes, was offering d. Vetácia Lascaris, Byzantine Princess, aia of Queen Santa Isabel, who owned this territory. In the Castle you can walking through the path, see the guard eight of the twelve original towers with names like: the Sea Tower, King Tower, Tower of bad time, Tower of the dogs. Is considered a national monument by Decree published on 23 June 1910.

  • Worth a visit since you can walk around the walls and enjoy the great scenery. Inside the walls have created a cemetery, which is certainly not the top to visit with children. 4 stars for the ambiance!

  • The town is geared towards tourism and the castle is no exception. The accesses are weak and the site offers little information. Inside is the cemetery. Outside great view.

  • Bela vista
  • Beautiful view of the site, but was closed and it seemed to me to be just walls.

  • The castle is beautiful but unfortunately there's a cemetery in your interior.
