  • Friendly little museum, cheap entry, €2.50 for adults, €1 for teens and kids free. English speaking guide was very helpful. Enough to keep the kids entertained for a good hour. Worth the trip.
  • Always been curious to see how to produce tobacco. We caught apparently most fascinated by their affair Guide, we met other visitors, they like that all too quickly showed. This is not a modern production, but still fun to see and the plants themselves and the process. Excursion a little, but spend time on it, stands for the curious.

  • Admission is 2.5 euros. There is a break for lunch. They are located in the village of Maia on main street, is not difficult to find coordinates on tripadvajzere is not correct. We met a nice girl who punched tickets and she led led the tour. It is necessary to note, that the factory was not operating, but only museum. Buy cigarettes or cigars there cannot be only twisted dry leaves (not clear on what it looks like, but rather twist roll). We were shown the plantation (grown only for tourists as the exposition), then hangars, industrial premises, typographic Department (if you can call it that). In general I wonder girl open, can tell a lot, of course in English. Lots of old tools, old bundles, etc. Interestingly, in terms of both the history and the production process. Takes 30-40 minutes, you can and more, if there are a lot of questions to ask)
